What is planned
- One ZIP per dataset with a CSV per month, a full-period CSV and a README listing columns, source, licence and retrieval time: 6 datasets, 218,727 records, January 2026 to September 2026.
- Columns: record_id, date, address, area, category, subcategory, status, description, value_usd, latitude, longitude, record_url, source_dataset. UTF-8, comma separated, header row.
- The newest 25 rows of each month are already free on the month pages, so you can check the format first.
- Payments are planned to be taken by Stripe. Price and terms will be published here before anything goes on sale.
Honest notes
- The underlying data is free on each city's open-data portal. The planned paid file is for the cleaning, the common schema and the ready-made monthly slices, not exclusive data.
- These are snapshots, not a live feed.
- No personal contact details are included.
