Terms and refunds

The paid CSV download is not on sale yet. These terms describe what is planned and will apply once it launches.

• What you buy: a licence to use the CSV files for your own business or personal purposes, including commercial use, and to publish analysis derived from them. Please do not resell the unmodified files as a competing download.
• Underlying data: each dataset remains under the source licence listed on Sources & licences.
• No warranty: data is provided as published by the cities, with the modifications described. It may contain errors. Do not rely on it for legal, safety or financial decisions without checking the issuing agency.
• Refunds: full refund within 14 days if a file is unusable or not as described. Email openregistrydata@agentmail.to.
