HubSpot Breeze Agents review (2026): what the docs say
HubSpot announced Breeze Agents in 2024. Its current help pages describe agents managed from a single Agent Hub. This page summarises what HubSpot's own pages say, with links, so you can check each point.
Explainer based on public documentation, not hands-on testing. We have not used HubSpot for this page. Every statement below is taken from the public page shown in brackets. There is no rating or score. Written by Open Registry Data, 25 Oct 2026.
What HubSpot launched in 2024
- At its Fall 2024 Spotlight, HubSpot announced Breeze, its AI layer, including Copilot and four AI agents: Content Agent, Social Media Agent, Prospecting Agent and Customer Agent. [1]
What the documentation describes now
- HubSpot's help article 'Understand Agent Hub' (last updated 1 October 2026) says Agent Hub is where you view, activate, configure and monitor pre-built and custom agents across the account. [2]
- The same article lists these agentic features on the Agent Hub intro tab: AEO (visibility in AI-powered search), data agent, prospecting agent, deal progression and customer agent. [2]
- It says you can create custom agents by adjusting their inputs, instructions, tools, knowledge sources and automation settings. [2]
Plans and credits
- Agent Hub is listed as available with Starter, Professional and Enterprise editions of Marketing, Sales, Service, Data and Content Hub, with HubSpot Credits required and additional subscriptions required for certain features. [2]
- HubSpot states that a Professional or Enterprise subscription is required for some HubSpot-built agents, and Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise for AEO. [2]
Example: the knowledge base agent
- HubSpot documents a knowledge base agent, marked BETA, for Service Hub Professional and Enterprise. It uses closed support tickets to find gaps and draft articles, and suggests edits to existing articles. [3]
- Its listed requirements are: a Super Admin turns on customer conversation data in AI settings, the account has at least five closed tickets, and a knowledge base exists. [3]
- HubSpot says generating a new article uses HubSpot Credits, while accepting a suggested edit does not, and the agent can be active in one knowledge base at a time. [3]
What this page does not cover
We have not used these agents. Output quality, accuracy and the real credit cost for a given account are not covered here.
