Semrush Outreach Wizard review (2026): what the app does, per Semrush

Mentioned - Outreach Wizard is an app in the Semrush App Center that Semrush announced on its news page. This page summarises Semrush's own description of it, with links.

What it is

• Semrush's announcement says the app is available from the Semrush App Center and helps you tell people and companies when you mention them in your content. [1]
• Per the announcement, it uses AI to scan your content for mentioned people and companies, uses third-party APIs to gather their contact information, and sends emails letting them know about the mention. [1]

How Semrush says you use it

• Semrush's knowledge base says you enter the URL of a published article. The app identifies the people and companies mentioned, sources their contact information and drafts an outreach email. [2]
• The knowledge base lists email templates for purposes such as asking for a link from another post, asking for social shares and building partnerships. [2]

Price

• The Semrush knowledge base article states that the app costs $49/month. [2]

What this page does not cover

We have not run the app. How accurate its contact data is, and how recipients react to automated mention emails, are not covered here. Check anti-spam and privacy rules in your country before emailing people you have not dealt with before.
